The Dark Lord of the Sith appoints Dark Council Members. Dark Council members may also appoint Dark Council Members.

The Dark Council answers to The Dark Lord. They meet and discuss everything that takes place within the Order. They have the power to elect a new General and Admiral at any time should they disrespect or disobey the will of the Dark Council and Dark Lord.

The Dark Council Appoints all the positions of the Council Of Sith Affairs. They will meet and discuss their plans and run them by the Dark Council for approval.

The Grand General and The Grand Admiral (part of the Council Of Sith Affairs) are appointed by the Dark Council. All decisions are made by the Grand General and Grand Admiral are first run by the Dark Council. (in the Council of Sith Affairs chamber)

The Grand General and The Grand Admiral each personally appoint their own council of 5 members for their respected branches of service. These councils will meet and discuss all military matters within their own respected branches.

The Grand General's and The Grand Admiral's councils will also be in charge of their application processes and whom they admit into their ranks. They are responsible for its members military ranks as well.

Members of the Armed Forces will answer to the orders of The Grand General's and The Grand Admiral's councils as long as they do not interfere with or contradict the wishes of the Dark Lord.
